That’s one of the best things about a video. You don’t have to take It all in at once. It’ll be there when you need It. Then you can go back and rewatch the section that you need 😉. Thanks!

I have just started using washi tape. I use it for a seam guide on my sewing machine and for paper crafting.

Perfect use for washi tape. I like that It doesn’t leave a sticky residue behind.

I have used washi tape to make tabs in my journal. I haven't yet unpacked my few rolls of washi tape from my last move. The 6 month house inspection was yesterday. The inspector found one thing the builder will need to fix that we hadn't seen because it was only visible from above the house. Earlier this month we emptied the last storage unit. 😅 Now I can get back to unpacking boxes interspersed with crafting. 😊

What a great Video. So much info😂 so glad I love the chatty ones and did not know washi tape came in a giant box. My only thing is I love the washi tape colors but am not sure how I would use it. I have used it to machine quilt on. My machine and was great cause it is removable and my lines were fairly “straight”

I’m always full of random information 🤣. You may not need It now but later on someone might find It important when they’re looking for my PO Box address 😎 For me washi tape is that thing that I want to collect but never know quite how to use It 🤔. Using It for quilting lines is a great idea.

Thank you. I appreciate that. I love making smaller quilt projects. I can get more done compared to a bed size quilt. Washi tape is fun to collect but I have to make sure I actually use It. I’ve had a few that have sat around for a long time and they got sticky. As if the glue absorbed into the paper.

Hi Robin!!! I would love to see a video on your how you make your fabric postcards. I’ve seen many of them, but like to add what bits I like from each to my own postcards. Also I would like the link to the envelopes you purchased to send them out in! Lastly, I bought some washi tape but really haven’t used it much. I’m not a huge washi tape user but I’ll show you what I do use them on. With a fun box of tape maybe I’ll find new uses. I’m hoping to get ahead on videos in July and the tiny scrappy bits postcards is a quick and easy video. Plus they’re fun to make 😉

For once I remember the scrappy word of the day is washi tape...usually I am like Giovanna! No joke, if I want to use it i have to go back and listen. I should keep a notepad.

Do you mail a fabric postcard with or without an envelope? Also, where do I find your tutorial for making these?

You can mail a simple fabric postcard without an envelope but there’s a good chance that it’ll get dirty and It could get stuck in one of their machines and damage It. I have a playlist for my fabric postcards and in that playlist I share my conversation with the head of my local post office back in Florida. In a nutshell it’s best to use some form of an envelope. When I send postcards to friends I use the clear envelopes that I buy on Amazon. Now I can use the white envelopes for the fabric postcards that I sell in my Etsy shop. I hope that helps. Great video thank you! do you have new glasses? Something looks different. I have invested in the great big strip Ology ruler and I’m very happy with it! The videos put out by the company are really good but it’s still nice to do it in person. I can tell you it’s the first and only time I have ever made flying geese that came out correctly the first time! I was thrilled! I’m going to experiment with the half square triangles next because I hate making those. Anyway I will be putting washy tape on that ruler for different projects. For example there are three steps to making the flying geese and you want to make sure that you’re cutting in the right places so you would use different color of washy tape for the different steps. Washi tape can be very helpful on rulers and I love that there’s no residue. No, same glasses for at least a year. My hair is longer than it’s been for quite awhile. I haven’t gotten a hair cut in Arizona yet. My glasses do have the special blue tint for computer work. I’ve noticed that sometimes they look very blue on the lenses.
