I love the dollar tree baskets. They are versatile. Next, time I will pick some baskets to reorganize my fabrics with patterns in them. I also take advantage of the thrift shops. Many times, they have nice fabrics and yarns.

Yep our dollar stores/big lots have fabric sometimes, you just have to keep a look out. Really like the different fabrics you got. You did great on the shopping haul. Love the baby quilts, really like the lap quilt that you showed on the fence. Well Wishes & Prayers for you and Justin and his surgery. I hope it will work to help take the strain off his heart. We hit the low 90's this week. Stay Cool.:)

Sending good thoughts for your family💗 Have you asked your local police if they would like the quilts? Ours like to keep a couple in their cars in case they go on a domestic situation call and kids are involved...it gives them something to hold on to when they are frightened 💕

Prayers for your son...and for you. Have you checked Project Linus' web site to see if there is a collection site in your community? Here in the Phoenix Metro Area some of the quilt shops and craft shops are collection sites for Project Linus.

Thank you. I did check online. That’s how I found the one at the church. I’ll check again when I’m ready to donate them. We only have one small quilt shop in the area and I haven’t seen anything on their website about quilt donations.

Prayers to you and your family....seems like there's always something, right!!!?? I have a friend's son who had a similar thing going on...he also did weight loss surgery, lost 80 pounds and is doing very well. I will pray for the same success story for Justin! They had better start letting at least a parent into the hospital...I am tired of the double standard going on in this country! Seems "ordinary" folks have to follow all the rules but there are privileges for others! That's all...no soapbox...but no one should have do have surgery alone.

I’m not sure Pat. He’s being admitted on Monday with an early Tuesday surgery. Sometimes they stick to the schedule and other times they take the inpatients early. Very early. Justin and Miranda have discussed this before and have a plan but so far I haven’t been out of it. I’m going over to visit tomorrow and see what’s going on. 🤷‍♀️ There’s just so many parts to slide Into place.

Your quilt top is so cute! I just l8ve how alk the colors work to make a beautiful quilt. The baby / child quilts turned out so pretty. Some child is going to love them. Just think youve only got 20 more to go! Hey for bottoms of slippers can you somehow use the shelf liner grippy stuff? Just a thought. Prayers of course for your son!
