(WIP) "Lost!" Roughs Animatic - The Lightning Thief Musical (Roughs)

Assignment 4 from my storyboarding workshop was to do a musical sequence! Hence... one of my favourite songs from The Lightning Thief musical: "Lost!". (Which is a musical based of the first PJO book. It's a fun one lol.)
Will be cleaning this animatic up and finalizing it at some point!

i’m in a local thing of the percy jackson musical so i started looking at animatics for fun and this one was EASILY my favorite (and one of the only ones that lived up to how i imagined the scene lol)

This is probably one of the best PJO musical animatics out there! (And I've seen a lot of them lmao, I like this musical a normal amount) The expressions the movement the part with the lantern just felt quality! I can tell you were having fun making these character do these crazy poses

Just wanted to say I've made a point of watching every _Lost!_ animatic I can get my hands on, and yours is the best by a mile. Spectacular work. Especially the squirrel sequence! You perfectly captured each character's personality in the span of 30 seconds. My favorite detail is Annabeth's little smirk as she pushes Percy forward to apologize.
