one thing i absolutely adore about phantom class in newer wipeout games is how the sheer speed invites people to find ways to break the tracks over their knee like a pencil. you're going fast enough to fly across huge gaps in the track and cut off insane amounts of time in the process. we just dont get games like this anymore tbh.

@@Player1-up it's true they don't make games like this anymore, and truly sad we lost Studio Liverpool as a pioneer in racing game development. Although, Redout 2 is a very close contender and I'm falling in love with the game 🚀

@@celestialemotion redout 1 and 2 are honestly insanely good racing games. i just wish i was better at either one of them. shoutout to that one song from redout 2 (martian dreams) where during lap 2 the overdrive guitar starts grinding up the strings, making it sound like an engine revving then going into a guitar solo

Fam! You got shafted in the head to head on Anulpha Pass. The game refused to award you two barrel rolls. You had that fair and square. Regardless youre incredible! I thought I was good and Ive been playing since wipeout pure on psp. You would deatroy me if we raced! You do barrel rolls that I didnt even think were possible.

They're not! You can choose weapons on, off, or pure race. I prefer pure racing which is what you'll see in most of my vids.
