Brother salary is very less in Wipro. As an organisation they need to match salary with other IT organisations. Onboarding rookies at less cost and paying less salaries to permanent employees should be reviewed. And salaries needs to be realigned.

Vishnu put out a lot of negative qsns about India, its Economy, Politics, etc but Rishad answered it all with complete positivity and optimism.....It just feels great seeing our own home grown indian MNCs like TATA Group (TCS) and Wipro compete with the likes of Foreign MNCs and giving them a tough competition...Wish more talented indian youngsters join our own indian MNCs like TCS And Wipro to help our country more as Foreign MNCs take out most of the country to their home country thro dividends, etc..

This guy talks big but does very minimal to his employees. Wipro underpays it's employees. Also, there are a lot of beauracracy within the organization. In 2020, Wipro asked many employees to leave during the peak hours of pandemic. Very bad and selfish indian management across Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Accenture India all the big India based MNCS.
