ahhh.. Wire (now WIR for the moment at least). Ever evolving, non conformist and certainly no post/punk/art band, but conceptually driven for decades now. Remember a performance (Dome) when the only act was 2 members on stage, while percussion and some minor synthesizer sounds set the tone, and to close it, 2 matchboxes were blown open by mouths. Art? fine arts at least. You'll never know when and how they will pop up again. Cherish my vinyls. Perhaps next is a post-dance album :)
