My take on wire trees 🌳. I'll definitely be doing more of these!

I’ve made 30-some wire trees all with 16-20 strands of wire of the same gauge you used. So, 8-10 wraps around 4 fingers giving me roughly 2”trees. To hide the wire strands at the trunk I just used 4-5 coats of acrylic paint brushed liberally across the grain so more paint fills in the valleys between strands. Slow process only because of the drying time between coats. Then I spray paint with the color I choose for the final appearance.
