I've been using a similar product for years. These aren't new. I have a tv box mounted on the ceiling with a projector. I do wireless hdmi from the box to my 5.1 surround system. Bluetooth doesnt support 5.1, but this does. I dont need to use it for video, but I'm sure it would work fine as well.

Do you know what I'd need to mirror a tv (which has a roku connected) to an ipad? I'm in the kitchen a lot and can't see the living room tv, yet want to see what everyone else is watching in the next room. The easy way to do this is getting an external dvd drive connect it to your Computer or anything that has internet connection to have a connection established to the dvd drive! Ps4/5 Xbox Wii console can also work or laptop have built in dvd player with great wireless connectivity. I also have used external dvd drive with my projector.
