Got mine off eBay. Had trouble at first, reset it, worked till the week before Christmas and it’s not wanting to connect. Tried resetting and nothing. A little assistance here

Let me ask you a question, I had mine hooked up at my house where I used to live and just moved and in the process I no longer have the instruction booklet... I'm here in my new residence trying to hook it up, but cannot remember what the website is to install it on my phone do you remember what that site is???

@@nemasis119 All I did was reset mine, connect to its default name, set it up by phone (.there was no site) and it worked for a while, 2 weeks & quit. I now have a netgear & it’s still working

Hi. Not all the 4 green lights are on on mine unlike the photos I saw.! Only 3 green lights are on. And the speed of the WiFi is NOT above 65Mbps. In the malls, the speed is close to 180Mbps, hence it is smoother & easier to post online & video chat in the malls. The WiFi is still SLOW even with the WiFi booster that I bought. Did I configure it well? WHAT DO I DO NOW PLEASE?
