@@WINNI.Designs No Uponor fittings are also available in brass and even a few in stainless.

Avoid the brass. Water quality issues will eat the brass over time causing leaks. There were even bad batches of brass fittings that failed quickly. Stainless is ok. I still prefer copper pipe. Mice wont eat it and copper is naturally anti microbial so funk wont grow inside your pipes. Plastic pipes in un chlorinated water systems can grow a slime coating of bacteria. Then you have to shock your water lines like a pool. How many people are actually doing that? Yuck

Can’t believe you didn’t have leaks….you’re not using the tool the right way…you are supposed to put the expansion head wayyy further into the ring, you’re stopping half way
