Not sure when this video was posted. But my beautiful mumma bought me this deck for Christmas and I am in love with it. It's not one that I would normally have bought for myself.

I love how they are clean and not busy. Photo manipulation but without the collagy affect. I mean in some decks the many layers are nice, but I like the cleanness of this.

My copy of this deck came in yesterday and I've had the same experience as you. I can't stop looking at the. ads and I find the messages extremely accurate. Such a lovely oracle! !

I love the look of the oracle side (face) of the cards and am REALLY drawn to the deck for that reason. I just wish the "back" of the cards wasn't such a harsh red color. It's such a stark contrast to the soft, muted tones of the face of the cards that it creates an energetic disharmony in the deck for me. :(

Your review has helped me to realise this is the perfect deck, especially when you talk about how it is not a daily affirmation deck, moreover it is wise advice on (deeper) issues. I'm curious to know what the flags mean, that are on the tops of some of the images? I do want to buy this deck, it reminds me of her Enchanted Map oracle, which I really enjoy. Unfortunately it isn't available yet in Canada (or at least in my area) :( Thanks for a great review!

+Carol H Yes, the flags seem a little odd to me. They're very pretty, but I'm not sure that they have much meaning other than to add some whimsy to the cards!

Mine finally arrived. Sadly, I have to remove 4 fairy cards from the deck (I am retaining the other 7 fairy cards for now). The images are just very hard to connect for me, that it threatens to ruin the whole deck. These are: 22. Blessed, 26. Happy, Happy, 31. Why?, 39. New Life. This means that these messages will not be available to me. To take the point of view of believing in external forces for the minute, I take this as a sign that I am not to work with these messages, at least not with this particular deck anyway. I thought removing a few cards might be better than doing away with the whole deck all together, as I do love the rest. I must say that the "Never-Ending Story" card has a special meaning to me after I listen to your video about it and mental illness. I was deeply moved by that video. So I am not sure if my perception of that particular card has been coloured by my admiration for your story. Instead of seeing a fairy, I see a story. Which is a good thing :) Thanks for your review.

Are the gilded cards hard to shuffle? Do they stick together?
