Hi, I have an account however I used facial recognition and instead should have used my ITIN number. Can I add my ITIN number after the fact. As a non US citizen It would be better for that to be there as I need a US account for tax refunds I’m receiving.

If you're in Nigeria, you won't be able to receive money with us at this moment; you can only send: wi.se/howtosendmoney We don't offer balances in your country, so you won't be able to receive USD account details in order to receive USD with us. The list of countries where it's available is here: wi.se/balanceavailability We also don't offer business accounts in Nigeria at this moment, but generally, if customers are sending/receiving money for business purposes, they should sign up for a business account; personal accounts are meant for personal use. Our balances feature aren't available for personal Indian accounts, so you can't receive money to it. You can only use your personal Wise account to send money. But, there are some limitations and criteria that you'd need to fulfil if you want to send from INR. We explain more at wi.se/guidetoinr Hope that helps!

As mentioned, you won't be able to receive CHF directly, as we don't offer account details in that currency. However, if you have downloaded your GBP account details, those are good to receive a pension in CHF using SWIFT: wi.se/swiftpayments

This means that you still can open a Wise account and send money, but you can't get account details to receive money from others. @@Wise I am using an Ethiopian driver's license, the expiration date, etc., is based on the local calendar (e.g., currently it's 2016 in Ethiopia). Can you verify this? I am concerned that there might be confusion, and it could be mistakenly considered expired by the system.

When it comes to getting verified in Ethiopia, please note that both your passport, and your digital ID card should suffice in case you'd like to get verified, as your driving licence may indeed not be sufficient. When you open a bank account, you usually need to provide documents to verify details about yourself and your business, and Wise is no different. That's correct - for new accounts, you can send money to local bank accounts in Indonesia, you just won't be able to receive directly into your Wise account yet.

As we don't offer the balances feature in Ecuador, you'll be only able to receive money to an external account you might have.
