CV rules depends on the country you're applying for. For example in some cases you will get binned if you have a picture, gender or age on a CV because discrimination claims. So please also know the rules where you're applying for. 🙏

That happens only if you're very lazy. We give 4 separate templates, 330 icons and most elements can be changed, shadows applied, reflections too. If someone is clever, he'll surely change it significantly, not keep it the same :)

Try to put emphasis then on what you did that had to do with team work, leadership, customer focus and satisfaction. You cannot present a CV that has nothing to do with hospitality or the recruiter will think you made a mistake and applied for the wrong job posting :)

Hello! I heard that the ATS doesn't process pictures on the CV. So should I have a picture on my CV or not?

Pictures aren't mandatory anymore, you don't need to put it in your cv. Although it would be ideal if you did. It helps recruiters. But the ATS scanner shouldn't have a problem ignoring it. Ats scanners parse information that is in written form as far as I know.

At a massive airline like Emirates, having no experience won’t make you stand out from the competition. My suggestion is for you to gain customer service for at least a year, enroll in a cabin crew training program if you have to so that you improve the likelihood of being a successful candidate.

1 page is what you need. Countries visited isn't necessary no. It's only an asset to show if you did travel a lot or lived in multiple countries. It shows cosmopolitan traits not everyone possesses.
