The first two got me to read more about Arabic djinn mythology. I think the og 1st screenplay is good. When it comes to 2, I think it works better as a TV/video production. I wish they kept Andrew around for further sequels even if they were worse. I did watch this movie a lot on DVD as a kid because it is a weird adventure/horror knocking on religion and camp and that is kind of fun.
