The incomparable Angus Scrimm (Rory Lawrence Guy) voiceover was one of the best parts, and there were so many horror alum in this including Reggie Bannister and Joe Pilato being the most memorable for me.

Such a fun movie, you don't hear people talk about it much. As for the sequels, part 2 is enough, its not better but decent. Avoid part 3 & 4 oh my god. I just wish I didn't see them. Plus I love the scene where Nick is having a conversation with the Djinn. You can clearly see a black genie lamp next to the Djinn.

Yay, finally doing one of my fave horrors… Thank you guys! 😃👍🏻 My main issue is that there's a few instances of the Djinn granting more than one wish to someone. Trivia: Andrew's voice wasn't digitally altered, but he ate loads of jelly beans to coat the back of his throat & give him that sound.

Other horror movies with something that's supposed to not be scary that is .... Child's Play 1-9 Puppet Master 1-27 Dolls The Leprechaun Monkey Shines Ben Brightburn Children of the corn 1 -36 Tales from the Dark side ( cat story ) Mans best friend Pet semetary Just a few off the top of my head that were out before Wishmaster ... I'm a huge Wishmaster fan. I remember getting it on ppv at my GFs house in 1997( maybe 98) It was the first DVD I ever owned. Loved part 2 as a guilty pleasure. Fun movie. Love the lead actor ( Andrew divoff) haven't seen him in much. Probably why this movie wasn't more popular, needed a famous lead. I'm a huge fan of your reviews. I wasn't trying to be a dick by naming off movies. They just kept coming to me while typing. Love the show. Still hoping for a 1995 " Copycat " review someday. Thanks guys. Keep up the great work

Hardly any reviewers have such good choices in the movies and games. Almost as if you picked things for reviewing that I WISH to be reviewed. Ps. Some people got two wishes granted - this is a plothole. The lady changed into manequin first wanted to be paid in cash for the suit and her soul was used to charge the stone. Kane Hodder got 2 wishes as you mentioned. Nick also got two wishes as you mentioned- getting more valuable jewellery and million dollars. Also old lady got two wishes off-screen - revealing djinns true face and to never fear again. Ps2. In wishmaster 2 it is explained that some wishes won't work - you cannot make djinn good or ask for more wishes than you are given - hence Alexandra's free wish - it doesn't count in reality because it affects the wishmaster himself. This is technically another plothole - blowing brains out is actually doable. Ps3. Evil djinn apears in Long time dead (2002) and Red Sands (2009). I granted my three Ps.

Hot Tip (from a woman) When we friend zone you we are trying to politely say we aren't attracted to you. Men who whine about that make themselves less attractive. No woman wants a man who thinks she owes him something more 'cause he happens to want it. That isn't about being PC... It's just basic maturity. Y'all aren't 15 ffs.
