The insanity is that evidently, the lack of urgency over 115 charges has resulted in some FA dogsbody chasing unsubstantiated foul play in an inconsequential transfer. 115 charges that could very well lead to a decade of Premier League fair play corruption, yet they're worried about a youngster and a 2nd choice keeper.

They can’t say transfer deadlines inflate prices due to panic but PSR ones don’t. What if we had sold a player for half their value to balance the books! That would be fine and not looked at!

How can they accuse any one of inflating a players fee. There isn't a specific guidance (not that I'm aware of) on player monetary transfer values other than something is always worth what another is willing to pay, the same as any product in any walk of life. It is about time ourselves and other clubs look to possibly turn it around and start a legal case against PL for restriction of trade and get this damn mess sorted once and for all. Keep well Chris.

Imagine owning a big house and someone asked to buy it, the owner regrets but the buyer offers twice the market and street value as they had high hopes. Everyone and anyone is worth whatever the buyer is willing and prepared to pay. Simple as. PL hasn't a leg to stand on, imagine the uproar if they got sanctioned for that. Didn't forest wait until the next window to get more money for there player. It's a situation where if they have PSR problems then teams will undervalue players and steel them, bet they wouldn't look at fair market value then.
