This is amazing. For those of use with limited storage space if you could figure out how to create such amazing things that can be broken down into smaller pieces for storage those would be golden.
@IsaacAlexanderDIY4 ай бұрын
Thank you so much. Because of monster mud, it must be stored as one entire piece, but thankfully the base is detachable so it really doesn’t take up that much space in the grand scheme of things.

Hey there! Thanks so much for the kind words; it really means a lot! I'm thrilled you loved the Witch King statue-it was a fun project to work on. The idea of adding solar lights for the eyes is brilliant! It would definitely give it an extra eerie vibe, especially at night. Just a thought. I use small screws to secure the PVC when I have it in the position I like. This allows for deconstruction if needs be.

lol though I understand your rational, there’s no way to deconstruct this once’s made. It’s a solid statue and cannot be disassembled for storage

How did you like using the cloth inside then filling with foam vs the way you use to do it ?
@IsaacAlexanderDIY4 ай бұрын
I really liked it! The ribs are more defined and visible because of the cloth. In another video where I did last year, or the year before, the ribs were kind of blended in with the foam so they weren’t as visible.

Also i saw that you made a base for the witch king, did you just set that base on top of the box you made or you secured it to the base?

So I screwed the wood base that I built the statue on ( the 2“ x 12“ wood I used at the beginning), I screwed that to the wood box I built and it’s secured tightly

@@IsaacAlexanderDIY yeah that’s how I know that the statue doesn’t fit the description of a witch king. You know the literary figure from the Lord of the rings novels. And the title of this video that you wrote and made and posted.
