Witchfire Early Access Review - Is it worth it?

As soon as you started talking about muscles my brain was going "man he's *really* pushing this metaphor".. 😅 I don't see a 2024 release seeing how they followed their schedule so far, but whenever they do release I am gonna be so ready for this!!

what's the character customization looking like? is it just picking a class and youre off? or can you personalize your character?

You just pick a class and you're off. You never really get to see your character in the 3rd person in any meaningful way so you don't get much in the way of looking different.

Will early access save progression leak over to final build? This is the only game I like on Epic but also just picked up No Rest for the Wicked.

No answer on this yet, they seem to actively be changing systems based on player feedback which is awesome but also means they could decide to change a system and new build that makes prior saves incompatible. Just comes down to how smoothly that EA process goes. I have picked up No Rest for the Wicked but haven't jumped in yet, so keen to try it!

The backwards curved mag bugs me. Is the projectile larger than the base of the cartridge? There is a physical reason mags curve the way they do. Overall, the game looks pretty sick.
