Absolutely loved this! I am here for all things witchy! Tchia is my most wanted game, just waiting for the holiday sales on Steam to get it. WYTCHWOOD MADE THE LIST!!!! I could gush over Wytchwood for days! The amount of healing Wytchwood helped me with is immeasurable. Thanks for sharing another great list! Can't wait for the next one!

I recently completed Wytchwood & just to let you know i'm not at all into Cozy games, but i was totally blown away ! It's a must try for anyone who loves casual/crafting/relaxing type of games & for others not even playing from that genre of games, even for them it's a must try! highly recommend...

I loved seeing Tchia on this list! Wytchwood was one of the first cozy games I ever played and I really enjoyed watching my old roommate play strange horticulture. I recently bought A Cosmic Wheel of Sisterhood as my witchy fall game to play this season. Happy fall!!!

ahhhh this is such a great concept for a list!!! the witchy games definitely deserve their own spotlight!!! and what a great selection of games!!! you have some really unique pulls that I wouldn't necessarily think of, also!! and honestly after watching Kiki's Delivery Service again this year, I just wanna do the whole witch-living-in-a-town thing in a game hahahaha ❤ I cannot wait to try Magical Delicacy!! I looove a game where food is a mechanic hahaha and I love the art so much!! and metroidvanias will always have my interest piqued hahaha it's been such a joy to watch you play Mika!!! it's so silly and wholesome and fun, and it has suuuch Wind Waker vibes in not just art, but in story and character writing too!!! and it's just so cute!!! TCHIAAAA what an awesome pull for this list!!!! I never would have thought of this one but it totally fits!!! always gotta give Tchia its flowers, so well deserved!!! ohhhh you are the only person I've seen play/talk about Homestead Arcana!! maybe it's time to give that one a shot, it does seem like it has a lot of unique things going for it, even as far as farming sims goes!! I looooved Strange Horticulture!!!! not only was it such a fun game, but I mentioned on the steam forums for it that they used a biologically incorrect term for the warts on mushrooms, and they immediately implemented the change!!! I love when a dev cares so much about details and the community like that, and also that I made a mushroom correction to the game honestly hahahahahaha Wytchwood is soooo pretty!!! I played it a few years back and I wasn't super feeling it at the time, but looking back on it, the story, setting, and art are just so unique and beautiful!!! the gameplay was really tedious to me to be honest hahaha, but I do look back on it quite fondly!! the story was really lovely though - I would love to see you play it to re-experience without having to do the gameplay myself again hahahahahaha Witchbrook looks adorable!!! I love the top down isometric style, and the pixel art is so cleeeaaaannnn!!!! Also I really gotta get and try Baldur's Gate already hahahaha. and HAHAHA OH MY GOD THE CUSTOMIZATION EDIT HAHAHAHAHA another amazing video stimky!!! I loved it so so so so much!!!! 🥰

I have heard of Reka! It definitely looks more on the darker side of cozy gaming, maybe the same flavor of Bramble: The Mountain King maybe? cozy but scary, which is a flavor of cozy games I really love but I know it's not everyone's cup of tea 💖 it looks stunning though!

Question I hope the cozy gamers can help answer! I tried Mail Time but had to stop playing because the jumping and turning actually made me motion sick. Can anyone confirm if Mika is similar, worse, or better? Would love to play it but it seems I’m pretty sensitive to big camera shifts 💌

Hi, friend! I am not someone who suffers from a lot of motion sickness with games, but I can attest that this game's camera is way smoother than MailTime - You also have the option to lower or fasten camera speed which I have heard can be really helpful when it comes to motion sickness. I hope that helps!

I played the demo for Mika and the witch's mountain and that game needs a mini map, at least for me, someone with no sense of direction

haha I totally get what you mean! I am also directionally challenged lol and I had a bit of a hard time at the beginning, but after I went back and forth delivering things a few times I got used to the map. I agree that it would be a useful addition though 💖

Im a bit dismayed to see Witchbrook being recommended based on the tiniest bit of extremely old development information. I dont think this game is ever coming out to be honest. It's been in development for a decade and they've shared basically nothing. I wouldnt recommend hyping something that doesnt even exist or have any recent proof of life.

It makes sense you feel that way! From the information we have in the developers’ discord, the team is very much still hard at work - and though it is true that we haven’t gotten many updates for a while, there have been some updates this year and I think they have been very exciting - Have you watched a video by GamerTopic called “What’s Happening with Witchbrook? 2024 update”?- I thought it was really good and helped me understand more of why the game has taken so long to release and why they have been so MIA. I really recommend it! 💖 Either way, I’m still very excited for it, and hope that it being hyped up more will encourage the developers too, I love supporting smaller developer teams on my channel 🥰 I think it’s valid to not be excited anymore after such a long wait, though 💕 it makes sense to be discouraged by the wait and lack of communication!
