What you have suffered can become an extremely helpful thing in your life, because it is the great awakener. Find gratitude for this accelerated awakening experience. I don’t know how it works for everyone I’m sure it differs from person to person, but it’s a work in progress you don’t just wake up one day feeling like you just had an epiphany. Maybe some people do but for me I’m not there I’m making conscious efforts to be present and happy. It’s not easy to not get upset sometimes I’m just learning to let it slide off of me. I’m focusing on my workouts trying to turn them into a routine. Also not easy! But it’s for my own good. I already feel like I’m at least on the latter working my way up 👍🏻 💪🏻 Eckhart Tolle and Jordon Peterson I can listen to all day 🙏🏼

My awakening came after a suicide attempt when I was 25. I can fully see how severe pain and suffering can lead to liberation. My nephew (age 25) committed suicide 7 weeks ago. Did I not have good karma that I heard the right words at the right time or that I was ready to be liberated? Why are some people ready, where others are literally destroyed by their identification with mind and circumstances?

In my experience, awakening or self realisation can be gradual, 30 years plus of transcending in meditation changed me even without me realising it, I found compassion and peacefulness melting my stone heart. And also it can be sudden as in a 'mini death' when you step away from your egoic mind. For example if your personal life seems to utterly fail - you want to die but not as in suicide. So at that time you spontaneously let go your minds ability to make decisions about your fate - you surrender to the unknown - which is liberation, in one big jump. You are not the same after this, something has collapsed. This is possible in moments of extreme suffering, it cannot be faked or learned like a technique. I think conscious liberation really only starts when you understand this process has happened. I suppose liberation will continue infinitely and I love Being in the midst of doing.

I think the questioners "karma" is what might have been a catalyst and blessing to his awakening. Karma is simply discordant energy that can be integrated through awareness of everything being pure and divine. It is that simple and we have remembered it is that simple through those that have walked before us and allow us the 'assumption' of the same.

I am not sure his real question was answered. I think he actually wanted to know about reincarnation cycle and whether it can be stopped with a lot of karma. People seem to think of karma as a bad thing because it will increase your time being on earth as you accumulate more of it. However the speaker seems to imply that karma is necessary for evolution of your soul. So would that mean that whole reincaranation cycle is important as well for your soul to evolve to its ultimate destination as if caterpillar would evolve into butterfly? Are we here to experience cycle of reincarnations with that purpose and we should surrender to the fact that our being here may last more than we would want and be content that this is only for the better?

And Tolle answered: you can break out of the karma cycle at any given moment, and become liberated....He steps away from the popular belief that you need to wait for a moment in the future to be liberated, as time does not exist, only the now.

What if the answer is that you are here or wherever your higher self puts you, as long as you have lessons to learn and new things to experience and only your higher self, which is you, your very highly evolved self only knows that answer? I had the same thoughts when I watched the video. In eastern philosophy lot of spiritual teachers talk about working out one's karmas. Serve, love, and create good karmas so you are born in an environment and body that is conducive to taking up Yoga (any path of Yoga) for your liberation. Sometimes I wonder is it as simple as finding presence at one moment, what about all the years of unconscious living, negative evil thoughts. What is the best way I can burn my karma. So many questions :p

Il a lire le livre The Power of Now et on a changer ca vie. Tolle a dire que aucunne personne croire che le bon karma c'est une progression d'une vie a une autre vie, mais non est vrai. Durante des moments avec la souffrance tres intense c'est une opportunite de outrepasser le karma. Ca souffrance a porter cet homme ici et c'est importante de non interpreter ce que il a fait dans ca vie comme un forme d' identite de deculpabilite. L'homme a participe dans un grand forme de inconscience durante la guerre et il a repondu a cette situation avec yoga, meditation et a trouve le livre de Tolle. Tolle a dire che cet homme est dans un chemin d'eveil accelere est che l'experience de intense souffrance a commencer son chemin et il peut avoir gratitude pour qui est arrive dans le passe. Tolle a dit d'etre reconnaissants et permettre le presense de fusion par lui. L'univers donne cela a-t'il parce-qu'on a besoin qu'il reveiller rapidment.

Sorry but to disidentify yourself from your egoic mind doesn't delete your bad karma, the guy was a soldier and perhaps has killed many people and he'll pay for that either in this lifetime or the next cycle.
