📌 ingredients :
500g of biscuits.
4 cups of milk (1 liter).
3/4 cup of sugar (150g).
~ 4 tablespoons of cornstarch (40g).
~ 3 tablespoons of all purpose flour (30g).
~ 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder (10g).
2 teaspoons of instant coffee (6-7g)
a pinch of salt.
some drops of vanilla extract (optional).
4 tablespoons of butter (55g) + 1 teaspoon (5g).
180g of dark chocolate.
~ 1/2 cup of whipping cream (100ml).
melted white chocolate for garnish (optional) (30g).

Definitely longer then 10 minutes!! Also your choice of thickeners is odd. Cornstarch is added in to cold liquid yes, but flour is usually added to liquid when hot and used as a roux.
