I love your content, very educational! I have a business . I used my credit cards to paid everything except the mortgage I paid on time the statement balances or sometimes the full amount every time we get paid . Then I collect cash rewards . My goal is not to paid any interest and get cash back , next getting a heloc , thank you so much for all your videos😉🙏

Christy you look great that color pops. I am doing great using VB and better even spreading the word to anyone who is interested. Using velocity Banking has helped me to replace my HVAC system get my plumbing fixed and my electrical fixed. Everything will get paid off using VB by September… Something that would have given me sleepless nights now I make these decisions using VB and feel so confident and strong.

I wish I knew about this before! We were so far in credit card and loan debt ( 35k plus 30k for a truck) we decided to sell our home. We will have all debt paid, and place 100k toward down payment on new home, and have approx 25k in savings. Where do we go from here? Our income is approx 5-7k per month. We are moving to the gulf coast so my husband plans to retire at age 72, I'm 51 and still working. We don't plan on closing our CC accounts but we weren't wanting to use them, until we came to your channel. What should we do?

I dont understand how the first 1000 is added as a positive income instead of a expense. Like every month, you add expenses and take away when you add your income from the balance.

That's because you're treating the CC like a checking account. So 1K cash flow, 1K credit expenses, 300 monthly payment. This brings down the balance by 2,300. You then pay credit expenses as they come due. The reason is it's pushing down the average daily balance. Have a great day.

But it makes perfect sense lol Im trying to pay off some CC debt now and im gonna try and his out. what do you suggest with multiple cc debt just do one till paid off or attempt to do velocity banking on multiple cc/ ( as long as its managed and kept track of) Thanks alot

I think it was just chosen as an example. Start with how much you bring home. Subtract your expenses from that to determine your own cash flow.

I am at the max with captial one ...should I make lump payment of 1250 or 500. I am afraid of a CL decrease.

Try 200 every time it clears until you pay down the 1250. So it it takes 3 days to clear pay 200 every 3 days. Have a great day.

You have to budget it as usual

Those are expenses you have to account for. If you can pay it with your credit card, use this method. If you have to pay using cash, put that amount aside.

I don't get it... I see that all the expense amounts alotted for each month have to remain the same in order for this to work. Any expenses that don't fit within the parameter of your income and what your budgeted expenses are is now surplus expenses beyond your income. So if you have no money set aside for a vacation and it costs $ 2500 you are just adding $2500 in surplus expenses ( not already factored within your income) . Thus your debt load has increased dramatically and how can that make one feel free? What am I missing here? Please help me understand . 🙏🏽

If you have multiple cc and would like to know which should be used for velocity banking (highest apr one etc.)? I don’t own a home nor have the ability to obtain a line of credit. I do have some cards with zero balances.

Disagree. We actually go with the CC with the highest minimum payment because it gives one the biggest cash flow boost. Have a great day.

If we move all of our income to a LOC what if we need cash to pay for something or someone? Do we take it from the credit card? But would that affect our credit score ? JP

I think that's the point is to put all income to satisfy the debt amount

If you're more worried about your credit score than paying down debt you might not be ready for velocity banking. Your credit score only matters when you want to apply for a new financial product. Have a great day.

It will be accepted it come with a checkbook to pay bills. Or a credit line card.

or link it to your checking and keep checking at 0 so it pulls from ploc. You have to ask bank representative to link it .They won’t offer but they know how. 😊

Put your credit expenses, cash flow (1K in your case) put that on the max out credit card. Should take no more than 10 months to pay it off the max out 10K credit card.
