Everyone hates on this version of Deadpool, without ever considering that he is obviously just one of the countless alternate universe Deadpools out there. I mean, if Pandapool or Kidpool or even Dogpool showed up, people would act the same way since a lot of people have never read comics with alternate Deadpool characters in them. On that note, anyone else realize this version of Deadpool is actually more like the comic book character than anyone thought? Look at his face, the lines along his upper body, and the diamonds burned around his eyes; the lines are similar to the lines on his comic costume, the diamonds are like the symbols around his eyes in some iterations (and his eyes turn white to look just like the comics), and his mouth actually looks like how his mouth looks when covered up by his mask in the comics. Not to mention the teleporting, which everyone hated in the movie *but loved in the video game*. Having it be a mutant power was an easy way to explain how Deadpool could teleport since that level of technology had not been created in the current X-Men movie timeline.
