I didn't even know Within Temptation existed in 2003, I really regret that, at the same time I'm so grateful I know who they are now, Sharon den Adel's performance is absolutely breathtaking in this video. I saw them in San Francisco in August. I was right up front against the barricade, three to four feet from her at times, and though Sharon's voice is amazing, and her performance were awesome, in fact I absolutely was mesmerized, I don't know if she could sing "The Promise" like she did in this video anymore. Though I would say she's more beautiful than ever, and her stage presence is amazing. If you haven't seen them live do what you can to do so. YOU WON’T be disappointed.

Man, I just love Sharon. I saw them in Mexico lying this song and it was the best version that Ive heard of The Promise. I was also at Elements and it was good but that one in Mexico was fantastic. Sharon has something that just touches you. I guess people calle it talent or even magic. She was touched from birth

This band gives one of the best shows on this planet. I know what you mean, I had hours and hours of video and I dreamt to see them live, as corny as it may sound. I did see them live, almost 2 years ago in Bogotá, Colombia, and I met them twice and they did not let me down in the least! It's still the best concert of my life, they are magical beyond words. Hope you get to see them live too! :) It's SO worth every kind of effort (and money xD)
