Those headbands fit for a long time, they are the only ones my 5 year old will wear. They stretch and she can feel them on the least so they are the only ones she won’t rip off! And drive through jungle safaris are SO MUCH FUN!!! I love them!!!

For pancake, we use the same ingredients, never used sugar instead either apple sauce ORGANIC or bananas . Try to add coconut flour and some chia seeds too. You can do blueberries . For Alina, you can just brush some butter right after cooking them . I use the vitamix to grind the oat ( dry container)

Hi Lina, you can substitute yogurt with homemade buttermilk. Add one tablespoon of white vinegar to a cup of milk and leave it for 10 minutes. Some recipes use lemon instead of vinegar but I never tried it.

Try almond flour or coconut flour . It's healthier than the regular flour. Coconut flour will give it a sweeter taste too. Also, if you ever use sugar, try replacing it with monk fruit, it's amazing .
