So I went to get my things yesterday. I made those mistakes. Told him how I felt and that I’ve changed.He was very receptive and said he thinks he would like to try again but he needs time. hey coach Alex, I've been in no contact for 32 days now. Yesterday, I broke no contact and sent my exe an apology text. It read something like this: "hey (exes name), I just wanted to reach out and apologize to you. I made a lot of immature and selfish mistakes both during and immediately after our relationship. I am very sorry, I truly am remorseful. I want you to know I hold no resentment towards you, and I wish you nothing but the best. I hope you have an amazing day :)" I sent the message because I felt as if I could speak to her as an individual rather than out of neediness or desperation. I got no response from her (and I wasn't expecting one, the apology was for her not for me) and I'm just wondering if that's considered breaking no contact and I should re-start the cycle, or if it was appropriate and I am okay to continue as I was before?

It’s possible he broke up with her and blocked her for “no reason” because he was using her as a rebound. This is what I’m going through. Just block him until you’re completely over it and then decide if it’s worth giving him a chance to just be himself and get to know him. People are weird.

the best advice from (my personal experience) immediately after no contact don’t immediately assume or believe there’s another chance. Take this time to focus on you yeah all the little memories, moments and all the little things hurt the most but eventually everything fades. (Doing the break up or breaking up) if that person doesn’t wanna be with u then they gotta go yeah it sucks. But in reality it’s their loss not yours. Some people it takes a whole bunch of hard lessons and decisions to see that but know your ex never really leaves. Just because their gone forever doesn’t mean they are really gone. I believe love is overrated and is a distraction to the day to day life (if your doing it wrong) but just walk away that person will see and understand. Sometimes it’s like that yeah it hurts and sucks but there’s better out there just believe it even when u don’t see it. I went through a really hard relationship and i had to break it off immediately things spread out like a wild fire and we both needed time to adjust and work everything out. Overall you have to understand what happened was for you not because of you that’s the bottom line and if they come back it was for them if not then it’s for somebody else that will understand and love you for you. (Remember that) it’ll take you a really long way i like to listen to advice and give it.

My ex was cheating and on me for 2 months ( not in sexual way but kissing other guy ) and then the night when I had the chat with her about us I asked is there someone else that you like, and she said no, are you crazy I really love you, I don’t think it’s working for us. Next day I saw her kissing the guy and she said she’s sorry that she lied to me, but she wants to be with him for now. We been together for 8 1/2 years. We are still living together in the same house. She told me she really cares about me etc. So now she’s with that guy. What are the chances that she will be back ? And what should I try to get her back because I really truly love her and I really want her back.
