Someone who's obviously below the age of 30 doing the voice over on a video about 60+ year olds is disingenuous. Also, anyone who quotes Oprah instantly becomes untrustworthy in my book, she is not the icon that I, or other older women aspire to be like.

I know it is better to listen to advice from actual 60year old woman on how she managed to stay energetic and youthful.. but I find it distastful to ask.. I think that Annie( I am sorry but I assume the YT'r is Annie) is trying to give her opinion about how to keep looking this way even if you get into older age, and I think she is giving this advice to girls her age or abit older and I cant really see what is wrong with that, what I really see wring is that society always puts value for women according the way the look, not her experience, not her thoughts, I wish women would be more supportive of other women and not trying always to put other women down
