You know you are way to deep into the KZbin crafting community when you started watching how to sew a leather bucket bag and even though you are a guy you are somehow watching a video how to make a bra thinking "I could make that" then you think " the hell do I need a bra for". I need to go to sleep. Haha. Keep the videos coming especially the bag ones.

I also want to say sorry for my absence lately, my hair process took way more time than expected last week but more videos are on their way!! The bralettes did end up fitting great I promise, I just struggle with the thought of modelling them and hope you can understand. Yes? Yess?? :)

Very nice.💕 I watched quite a few of your videos including the making of your own wedding dress. I was very impressed. I thought of making my own,I even designed it,but changed my mind. I was not well,so the thought stressed me out,even though I would have enlisted my mom's professional sewing skills (she taught me how to sew at 15). I continued with another stressor (looking at wedding dresses). I narrowed it down to 10,found a non-wedding dress I truly loved,send the design in to a shop to be made,along with my measurements. Boom! Stress over! 😆 Thanks for sharing.

you're so smart! I love when moms pass their talents to their kids as they grow, I myself was taught how to sew when I was seven by my mom. I think it's an amazing experience to share and it will be something fond you think of when you use it in future situations like yours!

I have quite a large bust, so I'm trying to figure out how to modify bralette designs to support my breasts. It's a bit of a struggle finding cute bras in my size
@amphibiangoddess8 жыл бұрын
If you are wanting support just for yourself or feel self conscious, more power to that by all means. I'm a DD and I wear bralettes with little support or go bra-less on a regular basis. Very, very rarely do I get any kind of indication someone notices or let alone cares. IDGAF either way 😂. I've read more that says it's good to not have artificial support than to go without. You'd be surprised how little people actually notice what you wear. I'm just over wearing a bra for then sole reason it's what society wants us or expects us to wear.
@averagefemale37317 жыл бұрын
Zoe Branch you can do a simple simple trick for that. Put a shaper panel inside the cups. it will add lift and support. if you wanna learn how to make it, message me. I will explain in detail 😊 xo

I just came across your Channel! And I love! I admit I've been binge-watching! mom was an amazing seamstress. she had a gift. I recall and my bridesmaid's , seamstress had messed up measurements so bad that my dress had to have been four sizes too big! my mother pulled out her serger and 2 hours before her own wedding she had taken apart my dress and sew it back together beautifully! I never mastered her gift. but being a little older now and watching your videos I'm going to give it a try! she would have loved to your Channel. Especially the little quotes that I find at the end. Love it!

Excuse me while I go binge watch them all haha.

Just an FYI for basic sewing skills - if you're using a regular machine to sew any KNITS & STRETCHY FABRICS, I highly suggest: Using your walking foot, & I will use tissue paper underneath to stabilize the fabric (just tear it away after sewing). MOST IMPORTANT: 1) Use a "stretch stitch": check ur manual - a narrow zigzag or "straight stretch" stitch works great. 2) Use a needle made for knits & stretch fabrics - they will often SAY "ballpoint" (Orange stripe) "jersey" or my faves, "stretch"(Purple stripe). Use elastic that says it's for lingerie, or choose either FOE (foldover elastic) or Woven elastic - when it doubt? But the more expensive kind that feels like it's a better quality - regular braided elastic IS NOT meant to be sewn through, if you do, it'll be ok til wash n wear #3ish - & then it looks all shabby & distorts & loses its stretching powers... Then POP! goes a strap & out flies a titty!
