BBQ's are usually so messy and chaotic, but I love that you really made it simple and you can enjoy yourself and everything is ready and handy, love the smores basket (my sister is usually going around looking for stuff (I will tell her about the handy basket). I am usally running around and looking for stuff. Thanks, love this video, great,great advice.

i do the exact same thing, only on an excel spreadsheet. It makes it so much easier to have lists.

Hi Jen, nice video about party planning. I make lots of lists too when planning a gathering. The one thing I do after the party is type up my list and make a folder in my computer. A lot of party planning is repetitive so do it once and then reap the benefits indefinitely. You have helped me so much and I enjoy watching all of your videos. Please keep them coming!

Hi Jen, I love ur Videos. You will not believe the changes I have made in my house after watching all your videos...and I mean ALL your videos - continuously over a span of a week or two!! I was wondering if your do 'menu planning' for the week ahead, esp since its just your husband and you @home, the same as us. Most of the blogs which I follow are done by moms and cater mostly to the kids, so it's not exactly what I can follow.

This year I am having 2 Halloween parties for my daughters girl scout troops I will have to use your list method to stay on track. I'm making candy treats, brownies with candy skeletons in them.
