Excellent instruction offering the 'physics' behind golf. I have been playing golf a long time, but I have never thought about the 'science' of golf and how it can be used to improve my game. Lesson 1 about the grip was transformative for me. Keep up the great work!

The flex is why many use the "claw" method and why the Broom and Armlock putters got popular, most not realizing that the reason they prefer it is because they are controlling the flex now

How does the stability shaft effect flex
@Artemago8 ай бұрын
@wlee31 the stability shafts are extra stiff with very little flex and torque. The point of the shaft is to reduce the flex to a minimum.

Wizard indeed. The mechanics of a golf shot are very complex- as he explains very well in putting (applies for all other shots too) it’s about delivering a club face within 1 deg of tolerance to make a shot. Personally I can only make shots and make on course corrections when I understand a shot and can answer why did that happen/what did I just do right or wrong? Golf instructors generally are limited to repeating the what of a golf shot, not the why. Not so the Wizard. Great stuff I’ve been going through the series I know I will see a payoff.
