You don't have to have a friend to acess that house. You can get to the house through the housing tours. Speak to Myrella in a house in the commons and click on top rated. There you'll see a list of top rated, top magical, top seasonl, etc. Click on any one, then go through the list to find the house. While there you can make the house your favourite house by clicking the heart icon at the bottom right. So you can go back easily on the favourite tab.

The mirror lake wand at level 65 is definetily a good alternative to the sky iron hasta, that accuracy and power pip are insane

Hi, just wanted to add a note that you can get the wands from the boss right before the gallery in Khrysallis which gives insane stats. It can give upwards of +18 damage depending on school as well as maintaining the same crit and pierce as Darkmoor wands. You only lose 50 crit block. Very worthwhile to talk about

Wizard City has some decent farming places, for example Heartsteel giving 5% universal resist is decent for the first 20-30 levels

Earlier I used to craft a lot of gear every 10 levels or so, but I figured it is not worth it. Up to level 100: this is the only gear you need: Zeus: 30-59 Waterworks: 60-99 Darkmore: 100 Changing gear too ofthen is really not needed, the game is not that hard. Some dungeons and cheat bosses might be, but on theese I rather reccomend finding a friend to help you. If you use theese gear and you train the neccasary spells and know how to use them properly, you are good. I have seen many people filling up their spell deck with tons of spells, using a lot of time to find the right spell. And eventually die because of bad planning.

I think the Watchtower Boots, Jacket of Withstanding and Midsummer's Cowl could've received a mention for level 5+. They give allot of health and decent resists too. They are dropped by Lord Nightshade!

If your gonna get the the Tennyson Robe then get / keep the ring of the Usurper from Darkmoor that you get from a gold key boss called Aphrodite II. Otherwise you will pip fail and fizzle at high levels. To be doing that in wiz at high levels is embarassing and frustrating.

I farmed and got wintertusk gear and he didn't mention wintertusk gives a blade trap and aura that are all better than your basic school ones. So where I'm at stacking 2 blades and hitting a gargantuan boosted 7 pip kills everything and I just couldn't do that with waterworks.

Why would you loose damage with the dragoons ring? From my knowledge only the pvp ring gives more damage, for fire at least. May be it's not true for all schools, but for some the ring makes more sense than the amulet.

There's no point in using the dragoon ring when the executive and directors rings exist, and since you are already using the dragoon amulet, you'll get the set bonus you need. But I suppose it all comes down to what build you're going for.

Zigazag is good for low damage school. Waterworks is also good for farming gear , gold and mega snacks.

Winter tusk crafted is honestly way better in my opinion easier to craft and same stats you literally just not getting some resist witch you don’t need as a death lol some other schools I can see waterworks tho but as for death wintertusk all the way

nah most simple is bazaar/dropped to 30 -> do a run or 2 to get senator's or a piece of zeus -> a run or 2 of waterworks/zigazag use what you get -> craft what you dont get at avalon -> craft in khrysalis -> do darkmoor until robe and athame -> dragoon's

Guys I'm in a conundrum. So I got all zeus gear, than farmed barkingham palace because it was better. I'm level 43 and just completed an all damage pet, so now my damage is like 86 (storm). However, I do less damage than I would do with my pet that gives me 21 crit (if I crit, which is actually often). So I'm at a loss. Do I keep the barkingham palace gear which gives me op damage and make a crit pet before I get the water works gear which I'm assuming gives crit, or do I just toss the barkingham palace gear and go for anything with crit until I get to waterworks? It's alot to consider, need to do my research.

realistically all you need is mount Olympus level 30, 56 wintertusk crafted gear if you have another character to help you obtain it, waterworks if you aren't able to obtain the gear level 60, darkmoor level 100 and finish with dragoon or however you want to build your wizard in the late game.
