Technically it would be the black and white dragons so you are right, but I think that the pendragon is what the whole world leads up to story wise so that is why I included it

hard disagree with OG malistare at A tier. he's the OG final boss of wizard101. the infamous character who's fame MADE this game's popularity. no rando is gonna see darkmore malistare and know or care who or what he is. this list tries way too hard to be "Different" and in the process sacrifices realism. i'd argue OG malistare should be in S+ or some Z tier. some letter above S because he is just THAT much of a better boss than anything else before or after him. only grandfather spider really competes with him.

It’s not about a random person seeing the two, I’m talking about the lore to both of them. The og malistaire was still filled with hatred for losing and not being able to bring back Sylvia. When morganthe brought him back he still had that hatred and it wasn’t until darkmoor that he forgave everyone and died peacefully. Both are the top 2 in the game but darkmoor completed his character.

@@BlankOrbit a story is more than it's conclusion, and many would argue malistaire doesn't deserve a happy ending for the horrible things he did in pursuit of his goal. regardless of how you feel about darkmoore, OG malistaire's arc was a fitting conclusion for a mad man obsessed with the past. his obsession's with powers he didn't understand led him to his doom. if you want to use lore as the metric no boss is more foreshadowed, no boss holds greater echos throughout the story, of all the final bosses, malistaire's presence is what you feel throughout the entire game, as late as the most recent world he see's reference in the form of a side quest boss sarcastically paradoying writer's musings bringing him back into the story despite it making no sense, just because he was THAT significant to the lore and really the central story of wizard101. he's the foundation for which all arc bosses follow example for. no boss even approaches his in lore or out of lore significance. He is by every metric besides difficulty the greatest boss (even for difficulty you could argue him being nerfed is proof enough of how ridiculous he was that it merited a nerf, but thats neither here nor there since by that logic every nerfed boss would be S tier.)
