Man Wizkid is so lucky for having a supporting family who don't care too much about religion. When my grandad converted to christianity and married my grandma the local people in the ummah tried to kill him for becoming an apostate. It's encouraging to see such a warm message from Wizkid and really gives a lot of hope

In response to what Wiz said about the US just now catching up on African music, though I can’t argue with that, I had to comment on it. I say this humbly and I hope that I don’t come across as inappropriate but I’ve been successful in the promotion and spreading of African music in America since 2010 through national and online radio stations, DJ’s and other music promoters here in the States; including Wizkid’s music. The US wasn’t ready then, but that didn’t stop me. I was persistent because I knew in my heart that African music had major potential to take off mainstream. I was also committed to exposing underrepresented talent from African music artists, so I I launched my music promotion company knowing it would be a struggle to convince America to join the movement. 10 years later…. I’m proud. Finally!!! And I’m happy to hear that Wiz was raised in a healthy, loving family. That’s priceless. Good job to his parents! Last thing lol. Does Wiz really know women because he grew up with 7 sisters? I wanna ask him myself lol. J/k. I’m teasing. 😜

For me, I really love Wizkid's view and understanding on Music cus the world is not restricted to only one language or English. Music transcends Language and it has no boundary or limitation as long as Music is the Everlasting Feeling expressed from the heart to the World in any form, style and it shouldn't be limited to this boundary called "Language and Race"

protect this man at all costs! i did not know he has 7 sisters, woww! you can tell that plays a part in how he has an immense respect for women. You can tell just from how his videos are directed and viewed. Always showing women in a beautiful light and never in a degrading way. i appreciate that so much, you don’t even know! I also love how he wasn’t tired to one religion and how his parents made it ultimately up to him to decide. Religion should never dictate a household especially when there’s 2 different ones involved. Much respect to his parents for raising a wholesome handsome man ❤️❤️❤️
