سافرت على متن طائرات WizzAir 4 مرات العام الماضي. اسعارها مقبولة و مناسبة. في تاريخ 07.09.2024 سافرت من برلين الى بودابست مع شركة WizzAir وكانت الامور على مايرام و كان يجب عليي تبديل الطائرة في بودابست و عندما أردنا دخول الطائرة جاءت موظفة لاتعامل الناس باحترام و تتصرف وكأنها ضابط إستخبارات و المسافرين مجرمون و أجبرتنا على دفع 116€ لأن حقائبنا حسب زعمها كبيرة علما أني أسافر بهذه الحقائب منذ اربع سنوات. إذا كانت شركة WizzAir مهتمة يجب أن ترد على تعليقي هذا لأنني سأنشره على كل الفيديوهات و أترك للناس الحكم على تعاملها.

How can it be possible that air company cancel your flight twice, two day in a row, refused to compensate your expenses for taxi, refused to compensate you anything at all and refused to refund you your money? It could refund you a part of your money but only at your account, no, not bank account, your account at the application, virtual money. But you have to use these money in next 3 months, because later on you'll loose it! Isn't great that Wizzair, that is what you do for your customers! BAN Wizzair!!!

airline business is built on getting rich and creating problems for you. You have the opportunity two months before departure to buy a ticket, come to the airport, plan things and not fly because more tickets were sold than there are available seats and you will not be offered anything, they will say that it is not their problem. I had to be nervous and argue for four hours until they paid me a mediocre hotel transfer and changed tickets for the next day (dinner was not paid for). At the same time, part of the people who also had a ticket with a zero seat were put on the plane according to the principle of standing queue. I have a lot of problems due to the airline's policy and I want compensation. I do not recommend using Wizzair services!
