Dale Ockerman is interviewed in the Chateau Liberte' documentary film by W.J. McKay. He doesn't remember much from back then but he did play with The Doobie Brothers and Quicksilver Messenger Service. His solo albums are fantastic!

Wow!! I never thought I would say this, but I may actually like THIS version of Blue Jay Way even better than the original! Props to Dale. Totally love the psychedelic video stylee- as would have George Harrison I believe. My favorite part is for sure around 0:44 w/ the psychedelic swirls in Dale's glasses etc; though the parts where the band is playing inside the Magical Mystery Tour cover art around 2:22 is also pretty damn ingenious. Whoever directed the video obviously has skills. Props guys!
