Had same question, but if you look at the neck of the presenter you will see on his tag is the year 2024

@@TheALLmightyANGEL check it out on 12:09 frame. the chart Quantum Computing Eras says now is in 2010s Noisy Interm Scale Quantum Era. And the line is in bold typeface. Although Dr. Ito's later reference of his work history may otherwise point to the event happens this year.
