The video about Enid and Wednesday really hits home. My mom and I were at a restaurant and we saw this old wlw couple, they were talking about grocery shopping and how they were going to organize parts of THEIR house. A while after they left I started talking about how good of a meal that was, and how cute the couple was. She immediately started making up reasons on why they couldn’t be a couple, it made me so sad because it was only a couple of months after I came out as bi. Now I’m strongly thinking that I’m lesbian. When I think about my life I want to be just like the couple that we saw, so it hurts that she didn’t accept them as a couple.

I’m sorry for you I hope your mom changes her mind at some point. I also thought I was bi, but when I saw some lesbian couples I just felt like I wanted it. So yeah i think I’m lesbian now

@@Foxxessleeponrocks Thank you, my mom has gotten slightly better but she’s still not all the way there. I’m also definitely lesbian, the more and more I think about it my personal experience with being bi was mostly comphet. My new struggle is being jealous of the couples in these videos 😂 but I’m confident my Ms right is around the corner!

My mum was always very openly supportive of LGBTQ+ she has a lot of gay friends and is very accepting of them so one Christmas I didn't think twice about bringing my partner after being told to bring them. She went the whole route of 'that's really your partner? You don't look gay. So like how do you have sex? Didn't you used to date guys? So I mention I'm bi, either gender I can feel attraction to. And she dropped the line "Then why do you chose to embarass me and not just date a guy." Oh boy...
