Star Tours (Attraction Score Suite)

Had an idea for a Star Tours TV show once. It was something like a blue collar comedy about people who work in a Star Tours spaceport, but because the company invests so little into their technology, plus incompetence on some lesser intelligent employees, they get into crazy situations. Ships not exiting hyperspace in the right systems, some wealthy guy loses some luggage, maybe some of the characters end up in scenes ftom the movies. One idea was a pilot (who is usually just okay with everything), crashes on hoth after a hyperspace malfunction returning to starport. He crash lands hitting one of the imperial probe droids. He gets picked up by the rebels. Back at starport, everyone is trying to find him, meanwhile on hoth, the guy is fighting a brutal war with the rebels on the ground. By the end of the episode he would be back at starport, never say a word to anyone, and nobody was even aware he was there.

Damn, when it gets going, I can remember every turn, every drop, every explosion, every bit of dialogue. I miss the old version so much. I'd give anything for them to swap it back from time to time....

I miss that 90s carpet/airport smell that used to be there in the queue... It just isn't there anymore.

I'm pretty sure that was the smell of oil from the animatronics and the ride itself. It was super distinctive tho!

0:40 the music reminds me from jabba’s palace from the original scenes from return of the Jedi before they remastered it. Still worth it.
