Basic economics would tell you that you're in a losing profession. I look forward to Caitlin Clark and others entering the WNBA, but it's like when people are drowning and you're in the water with nothing to keep you afloat, you can only save one person for so long before they drag you under. The rising stars will have an impact on the teams they join but will eventually get dragged under by the WNBA as a whole.

I love how much respect and love NBA players have for those that paved the way for them, especially MJ. Thats the difference between men and women.
