I love how there's Alberto, with a lot of variety, techniques, etc. And Jeff, who's basiclly like "a curl is a curl". And both have extraordinary physics. Really good to see multiple ways to do bodybuilding ; lot to learn from you guys.

For my fellas obssesed with training: Upper body B (Friday's session): 1. SA chest supported iliac pulldown 2. High incline DB press 3. Pronated cable pulldown 4. Incline DB press 5. Chest fly machine 6. Upper back (rear delt) DB row 7. Medial head tricep extension 8. Preacher DB curl 9. Machine lateral raise (drop set) 2-3 sets on each exercise, depending how Berto is feeling on that day.

Honestly, bagels are so under rated for bulking. So many carbs in such a small amount. They’re a staple for me.

Are you still doing the cable press arounds or have you shifted your chest work back to standard pressing?

My pressing is even less standard now, as it's mostly partials. I will still perform PAs if I feel I need to groove things, and opening up with a shortened bias movement prior to lengthened stuff helps sometimes.

Man i couldn't watch after breakfast. How do you do it for so long eating like that? 80% of the foods on that first meal were processed foods, meaning you did not put the whole ingredients and made them with your hands. Let alone how tasteless it must be, boring and just a routine, just something that must be done. I am not judging morally here, each one does as he pleases, I am just wondering how can you do that year after year? Or isn't always like that?

Random question, but what do you think about armpit/monkey rows? I'm going to experiment with them next meso, and it seems like a sort of forgotten excercise that's great for side delts and traps. A go to excercise for looking yolked in a T-shirt..
