Great video. It's great to implement KISS with training and nutrition for 80% of people 80% of the time. But than there's a time where you need to start to dissect more based on your personal "to do list" and find what works for you, with the fuel you have to work with. Training in a deficit gets tricky for sure.

I think it is helpful to see both the problem and solution. Maybe that I'd why so many people ask. They can see how your programming addresses your "problems" and try to sort of play around with creating a solution for themselves. That is why I find it entertaining to see what others do. I like to see how it compares to my own.

Agreed. I like to know Bert's split less because I plan to copy it - I don't - but because I find it very useful to hear aloud the principles behind current split/exercise selection/etc. I might apply the same principles and end up with a radically different set up.

The truth is most people don’t understand this the way you guys do. Most people view splits as “all in one” recipes.

Hi Alberto If guns r closed on Sunday and we have a split of more than 7 days There would be days we would be hitting different body parts on Monday in different weeks How would we log and progress from there ? As some body parts would get extra day off as Sunday
