You mean like the tugboat is going to liberty island in the New York City on the Sesame Street credits for their contributors from 1996-1997 for a season 27 rerun on KidZone just like Richard Scarry and bananas in pajamas videos don’t exist on PolyGram DVD except for cookie jar entertainment and kaboom?

Interesting WNET had Discovery Zone sponsor Barney & Friends since Chuck E. Cheese would go on to become a longtime sponsor of the show along with many other PBS Kids shows. Even more interestingly, I found out later that DZ sponsored Sesame Street's 30th season nationwide in 1998 before they went under the following year...

You mean like Chuck’e cheeses has a race car in the beginning of a different kind of mystery from Barney & friends in 1998 and Chuck’e cheeses has shoes as candy at the end of Barney & friends: a different kind of mystery in 1998 too?

@@jilldahlen5457 Chuck E. Cheese would begin sponsoring Barney & Friends nationwide most likely when season 3 came, or at least by 1995. Other shows on PBS Kids would follow suit, starting with Wishbone around 1997, then a huge number of shows as the 2000s rolled along, including Arthur, Clifford the Big Red Dog and a whole bunch of others.

@@jilldahlen5457 The Helena Rubenstein Foundation was, as WNET noted, "a longtime supporter of outstanding children's television". More recently, they provided funding for Cyberchase nationwide.

If Barney & Friends could play the "N" game, so can I. Bigger! (silence, place crickets and tumbleweeds here) What, no response?! It's pathetic that a lot of folks want to dislike the ever-present yet popular purple dinosaur. His friends really definitely ARE big and small, they come from lots of places. Just not everyone, and whether or not they're special in his or her own way. Especially when one gets irritated by said purple dinosaur when he goes 🎵boom-da, boom-da, boom-da, boom-da, boom-da...🎵. That's when B and F sang "Sarasponda", a song that's nothing but intelligible gibberish. For something anthropomorphic yet prehistoric, people(well, some of them) embrace Barney. The kids who are of diverse cultures really are his friends; and from what I saw, two of them are all grown up and are now female celebrities. I'm sure you know their names. Guess who?
