I have beta blocker prescription to help stop a panic attack, my doctor said they basically slow your heart rate and reduce your blood pressure. I haven't taken them outside of that setting before but can definitely see them helping with precision tasks like Kyle was suggesting

Try wild cod liver oil. Carson brand is good, and much more nutritional than canned cod liver (from my experience). Anxiety is commonly brain inflammation, most often caused by saturated fat, vitamin d3 (sunlight), or vitamin A deficiency (no you can't get vit A from carrots)

When I was 9 years old a boxer had tore my top lip into two sides like a demagorgon. Doctors messed it up first time working on it in the ER but after 4 years I found a plastic surgeon that would work on someone as young as me and was able to have it remodeled. Its also definitely important when they zigzag your stitches and use more length. My lips look probably as good as theyll ever get.

If its any consolation to Woody, his scar will probably fade significantly enough over time that it really wont be noticeable(especially since he wears glasses), I had something the Dermatologist referred to as a "neivi"(was basically just a small brownish bump) or something near the tip of my nose when I was maybe 9 or 10 years old that I had surgically removed under the pretense and suggestion of the Dermatologist that it could become cancerous. I had a diagonal, one inch scar as a result and by the time I was 22-23 it was largely unnoticeable unless you really got close and shined a light on it, and now at 29 the scar is basically gone and no one would ever guess I had the surgery. And then at 25 years old, I had an extremely small 1mm bump on my right testicle(it was so small that the urologist was baffled I even found it) that turned out to be a cystic neuroendocrine tumor, which according to the literature ive found for it, its astronomically rare for someone my age to have that type of "cancer" and only on one testicle and nowhere else. Like there are so few cases in the literature that my tumor and case is probably extremely valuable to doctors/scientists. That also...sucked to say the least. So technically im a double cancer survivor? I need me one of those shirts Woody has.
