You are a life-saver. Had a power cut three days ago and freezing in my flat. Tried everything....after your video, I thought about the wall controller, removed the screw and then as I was trying to lift it off, the boiler suddenly fired up, nice an toasty. It was obviously a connection issue. Wish I'd know this last Sunday. Thanks again.

Hello,I replaced the Honeywell Thermostat with exactly the same as old one,and I don’t get heating coming on,Hot water yes Heating No,The is a digital control panel on the boiler, Please help, as im thinking the thermostat and boiler are not communicating?
