I discovered this channel less than a week ago, and I have already watched well over twenty episodes. This is a SUPERB channel, both in content, camera work, production, editing and even translation. I truly believe these videos could command the core content of both a college or high school level course, as well as being perfect for younger grades. Surprised there are not a million or more subscribers. I strongly suggest changing the name of the channel to more directly express scope and type of content. Once you watch one video, you are hooked, but you do have to find and watch that first one! Best wishes to you for continuing to create this unique and marvelous content. I am spreading the word amongst my friends.

No worries there are limited episodes. I am still watching them. Probably for the fifth times. Just take a break in between you will see them so differently and intriguing. They won't have too many subscribers simply because youtube is for number of subscribers rather than quality. Probably they need a different algorithm to promote videos that calls upon other senses than what the "normal" viewers are prone too.

Black Indian could be Cherokee Purple, but also Paul Robeson, or Vorlon. All the dark ones have spectacular flavor. Also try the old fashioned Pineapple or ones that look yellow but are shot through with red, they’re lovely, with a beautiful flavor.

Love your videos, but a suggestion and just an opinion.... I do prefer written subtitles as the two voices talking at the same time make it, hard to hear, plus some people can speak and understand German or other languages not to mention that the sound of the languages can be beautiful and you can still get the tone and excitement or other emotions even if you may not know all individual words....Thank you for sharing!

Wow ! I live in Australia and i thought that we were lucky having all the fresh vegetables and fruit that we desire. Wrong! I want to try those delicious heritage tomatoes. I could almost taste them. This wonderful video has made me so envious that i going to make my vegetable garden so much better..even though we have had some very hot days 42c! My lettuces and silverbeet are perfect, however my tomatoes are a miserable failure. Thankyou for this wonderful video. Must go to pull out my failed tomato crop.. Have a good day. Jesus, I'm in Williamsburg Bk, born and raised here since 1960. I have traveled the world, with my first foray into or should I say, to, Europe, in 1988. I was dating a beautiful girl from Belgium, that taught me a different way of life. I traveled with her to Paris and the South of France, in 1989, and 90. I learned so much from her. I have since traveled for several years to Europe while performing with a band. I am in love with this style of living and can't wait to retire in Europe somewhere. I'm sick of Brooklyn and what NYC, has become. It's so dangerous and if in trouble, you'd better not rely on the police; they're not coming. These people know how to live! I'm so jealous.

For English speakers who do not also speak German, being able to attend to the excellent videography, to savor as much as possible of that place and those delightful, clever, and masterful people, having to look away to read subtitles is a distraction. Ich selbst kann verstehen, aber.
