Love the modifications for newer athletes or athletes with mobility or injury issues. Conversely love the advanced tips as well. I struggle with breathing on wall balls and thrusters so m going to try the breathing technique you’ve suggested. Thank you.

I do these and KB swings 25 reps of each without rest for as long as I can for cardio. Absolute killer. This video is great for ironing out some weaknesses in the movement.

Thank you man! I did the open on Saturday and tried again today (monday). Your tips made a big difference, mostly the one about jumping to the bar as if it was a box jump, that made it much easier!!!

I watched this video last night before my attempt at 21.3 this morning. When you said “rest the bar on your shoulders when squatting as I see a lot of people hold the bar” I thought that was crazy that people do that. I then went into the gym to warm up and realised I DO THAT because my mobility is so bad it’s hard to raise my elbows. This helped me massively today so thank you!

That breathe out and in pattern works best when you’re fresh. When you’re coming out of a run or row out of breath, you’re forced to change the pattern. You need to figure out your own pattern then.
