Easier said than done. IDK where youre from but in the US most likely they have a full ride sport scholarship, typically to Universities theyd never be able to afford otherwise. I'm not uncomfortable around men, I don't believe everything is the evil patriarchy, I teach at a 90%+ male attended uni, and I'm no slouch myself. As a 6'1", 153 pd woman. Im good. I went to a the washroom and closed the main door. So, pants around my ankles, doing my business, a man comes in, starts chastising me for closing the door, and coming into the washroom. I was horrified at his lack of respect and the fact that he thought that he gets to decide my level of privacy in comfort in my space, and I definitely felt threatened. No sense of boundaries. The rest of the event I had my husband, a tall and broad man himself, stand outside the door if I had to use the washroom. I went and bought bear spray and it's now out and primed if I'm going into a women's washroom. You come in, you're a man, don't care how you identify, don't care what you're there for, you get what you get. I'm done with this shit.
