You can hear God by the still small guiding voice of Love and Wisdom in everyday life. Sometimes we get more obvious experiences as we follow this path but the Love and Wisdom is the voice which is most important that we must follow. I am sure as you do this other experiences will come your way.

God is always speaking to you! The ears he wants you to "hear" him with are spiritual. Faith is so important to God- he would much rather have you realize that what you can't experience physically (hearing) is no less real than the physical- in fact it is more real! That being said, *sin* is usually what is in the way of recognizing how God is speaking to us and what He's saying. If you abandon all sinful ways, you will be making room for the Holy Spirit to help you identify God's "voice" that you would hear with spiritual "ears." It is very important to believe! And very important to know that Jesus calls us to repentance so that we can receive the Holy Spirit.

I love this mans story. I watched part one and it was wonderful. Part two is just as wonderful. This is one of the best NDE videos i have ever seen. This man is genuine and his experience is one hundred percent true. He met the Lord Jesus Christ in Heaven and has come back to enlighten everyone of us that Heaven exists. The weirdest thing happened while watching this. I was half watching the interview and half thinking how Christian-centered most of the interviews are. I then thought about Doreen Virtue having rejected New Age and become Christian. For a while I kept wondering if she had actually experienced a mental breakdown, or whether there was any truth to what she has spoken about. No sooner did I have these thoughts then the answer came at 17:13 out of the blue, with no idea that this was going to be spoken about in this interview. To say I was blown away by how quickly I was given an answer, is an understatement.

There's this famous saying (though I have no idea who said it first) - "All roads lead to the same place, whatever that place is." The way I always interpret it is that at the end of the day we're all coming back home where we truly belong. As to the Christian bent NDEs, Howard Storm had one of them. It's all about heaven and hell and being saved by Jesus himself. However, he says when he asked Jesus this very question - What religion is the best one? The Jesus answer was "Whatever religion brings you closest to God is the best one for you." Here you go.

The truth is Jesus. The truth is love. I watch world events happenimg and prophecies from the Bible being fulfilled. Its a no brainer for me that Christianity is the right path. What a beautiful experience Ian was given! I just read this poem and felt I should share: I said to my Lord, “This holy place I have entered, is your name the only key to this?” And my Lord responded, “How old do you think is existence?” For eons of time souls have been entering Me; every prophet’s name is a key, as is every heart full of forgiveness and love.” Teresa of Avila I have read the Bible many times, was most of my life involved in church, and truly desired to know God. It wasn’t until 1/1/20 that God’s love began to break my heart open that I began to see God in a different light. Love and forgiveness is the key. God is Love and Light. We are created in that image.

I've had a few NDE's and am a Christian in progress. The God I met is far more lenient and understanding of everyones life experiences and circumstances. We are all going to be amazed at the Love God, the Divine, whatever you want to call Him, has for all humans (yes, pets too ❤). Despite their beliefs or disbeliefs. That Love is wonderful. I am rarely astonished anymore by things, but this did it. It's still possible for me to feel like that, and I'd almost forgotten. If he hadn't been so authentic, and his story so palpably true, this would be 'just another video'. As it stands, in terms of impact, this is pretty much as valuable as any witness account from the good book itself, scripture come alive. Thank you , this episode answered prayer for me. I have been watching many NDE videos of all sorts for the last year and they go every direction you can think of. Tonite as I scrolled through so many and sampled a few only to doubt them and stop the play I asked God to help me find the truth in these knowing there are misleading and deceptive ones out there. I felt very frustrated wanting to stop viewing them and was ready to give up when this one somehow stuck out to me. I believe this man had an NDE and I am so happy that it touched him so deeply, and changed his life for the better. I can see the gratefulness and love in his eyes. HOWEVER, I have a BIG problem with him telling us that one MUST believe in Jesus Christ to enter heaven. What he is implying here, is that all of those other millions of people, that did not confront a “Christian requirement”, were all being deceived by some sort of evil spirits pretending to be God! 🙄 THAT’S A PROBLEM!! Why are we getting such mixed signals?? I realize that it seems to be, that peoples experiences are based upon their particular belief system. But he has admitted that he did not believe in said religion. Yet, he was told to follow that religion as it was the ONLY way. While countless other Christians that followed the religion, were told that religion did not matter. That we are loved and accepted regardless. I’m shaking my head. I don’t understand why we have all of these mixed signals. You can’t have it both ways. Which is it? While I believe in his experience, I refuse to discount all of the other millions of experiences that say the opposite of what he saying about religion, but experienced the same exact love, and the same exact unexplainable holy greatness.

I think we need to focus on the love people share and realize that people can believe differently than we do and they still can be amazing people with incredible experiences that we can learn from that they want to share with the world. They can still have good intentions and be filled with love. We are humans with human biases and interpretations and we all see things a bit differently than others - both in how we share and how we receive.

Made it. Just got to find that forgiveness for my ex. Praying people can forgive me when I fail. Praying for those who would watch testimonies like this and dip their toe into Christianity but still cannot believe. Praying I might go back to a Holy Spirit filled church without the previous burdens encountered-if that’s what God wants(happy being a hermit). I thank Jesus every day for his grace and the joy he puts in my heart. Thanks Ian for sharing.

So emotional and I feel it very strongly. Ian is amazing and I can’t wait to watch the perfect wave. The only thing I think about is people who are not Christians like the Buddhist or no the people who think of God when they are maybe brought up in the jungle or brought up in a country where they don’t even know Jesus. But he loves all of us, no matter what. My brother is an atheist, and he said he will never believe in God, but he is a good person. I guess you’ll have to learn the hard way. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I saw a great video of a woman called Betty, who in 1957, in Florida, I think, died of food poisoning, she was in the hospital morgue & her husband was saying goodbye when she sat up & pushed the sheet back from her face, the nurse collapsed & her husband went to find a doctor. She lived another 35 years & raised her kids. I wish I could remember her surname as I'd attach the video.

I've had a hard time for the past 6 years with allowing Jesus to forgive me for my sins. I thought I wasnt worthy of his love and forgiveness, or his help. Ive been struggling with a stomach ulcer for the past week and its made me bed ridden. I'm only 25 by the way. Earlier today 6 family members of mine all gave me a blessing to heal my ulcer and stomach. It didnt heal right away but I do feel as though I'm full of love instead of fear through this and I know I'm not alone. You dont have to be perfect for Jesus to help you and comfort you. Honestly, he would be pretty bored if everyone was perfect! 😉 I know now that he is going to do his part in helping me to heal as long as I have faith in him and do my part as well. ❤

How do we know if it’s the Holy spirit or something else? Are all of the “something else” spirits demonic? What about Vinney Tolman’s spirit guide Drake? Would this also be considered a demonic spirit? How so, because Vinney experienced heaven? I have so many questions.. Can he also speak more on New Age? Thanks! I need to go back and watch the first episode. I'll be honest, I am moved by his obvious love for Jesus. Yet his phrases, vocabulary, and style of presentation is that of a preacher from the Toronto Charismatic Revival or an English Evangelical preacher. How much is from his experience, and how much is filtered through his church culture?

I think his interpretation of his experience may possibly be influenced by his culture but the overall story is what happened to him and his actual experience. I know Ian is genuine in his belief and shares all of this with the most beautiful loving heart. He really is an amazingly giving and kind person. I love hearing everyone’s story. I think we can believe differently but still treasure each person’s individual story of their experience and still learn from them.

@michael… You’ve hit the nail right on the head! I saw his first interviews years ago and while there was some mention of “God,” it was in a more general way without much “gospel” attached. He’s been a guest speaker at numerous “Christian” churches and groups and it’s obvious that he picked up on some key words and concepts that he inserted into his experience in order to make it more relevant-and easier to sell-to the specific audience he was more likely to get booked by. Snake oil comes in 31 flavors!

@@dfkuz It is very human that over a period of 40 years his learned Christian doctrine would influence his words and understanding of his experience but that doesn't make him crooked but he has read the same things in the Bible that he saw in his experience so that is how he now shares it. It would be wise to listen to such experiences I say.

@@geotruthnz7013 This is not the first time I've seen Ian; over the past few years his story has changed and details added/subtracted and he has (wisely) cut the tale down to a more manageable length without the jellyfish stings and the surfers that helped him, etc., but it still does not pass my smell test. I'm aware that Ian has spoken at quite a few churches and I can tell that he has re-crafted his story to fit that target audience and in their own way those church members have helped him learn the approved Christian "lingo" that magically opens more doors to opportunities to speak; and I realize that he says he gives his materials away much of the time but he looks very well fed and well dressed to me so I'm guessing it's a good living for him. I didn't get to be 71 without learning to spot a grifter or a charlatan -- I mean, an opportunist? - when I see one! He has the talent necessary to play his audience like a violin and that's definitely an art form, but when someone uses that talent to lead, ever so subtly, naive people to believe his claims about God and Jesus what God is doing today in this dispensation of the mystery (Ephesians 3:9, Colossians 1:25-26) that are not actually true makes him a lot more dangerous than he appears; and I respect God's word enough that I'm willing to call Ian out and if I have to take it on the chin from the people he's taken in, so be it.
