how do you get the +2 ailment stacks? i have never found any jewelery with it from start. do they start at a certain lvl

You have to do Untainted Runs to find items with special mods added to them.

Why do you increase Attack damage with rings and Attack (I) sockets on dagger, if you have 3 spells and only one attack which is BE?... Why dont u looking for Spell Damage instead?

I#d guess because the spells aren't doing the majority of the damage, BE is. There's no point in increasing the damage of spells you only use to apply buffs to you and/or debuffs to enemies, when your actual damage comes from an attack. Maybe also because the spells can easily kill the trash mobs without damage increases and he uses BE for the boss, where he DOES need it to do as much damage as possible. One of these.

spell damage scales very bad compared to attack damage so BE is king because of that, try it your self and you will the difference
