Wolf Alice is easily the best band that I've discovered for myself in the past 14 years. I legit felt like an overly obsessive teenager with them again when I first stumbled across their music and just soaked everything up they did. I have yet to hear a single song from them that I want to skip whether it's old almost demo type stuff or their latest record. They're simply amazing!

I've been following Wolf Alice since 2015. They continue to grow and evolve with each album. Glad you guys reacted to this.

This is a new one for me. Thanks for giving it a chance in the limelight! I appreciate what you fellas are doing, keep it up! Much love

Thanks guys, big time brownie points! These guys will burrow into your subconscious if you give them a chance, and would definitely recommend doing so. Some of their stuff is riffy, some of it punky, some like this all laid back and smooth. Enjoy Judson! Ps. That rendition of happy birthday was magical.

Go for it, when you can. They are an unbelivably good live band.

I've been into them since 2016. I've seen them live 4 times. They kick butt live. They are overdue for a new album so I'm waiting anxiously!

Love this channel. The music, the discussions and the humour.

Judson would love Wolf Alice. Listen to their 2nd album in your free time. Ah screw it, listen to all their stuff :) One of the best 90s band of the last years. From soft to heavy they nail it. Sometimes they channel Smashing Pumpkins. And live they are out of this world. And one suggestion for a band with female vocalist: The Gathering. They started as kind of Metal and then got more of an experimental band with progressive Rock elements with electronic elements sprinkled in. Her voice is stunning and their melancholic aproach just hits.

Oh hai guys (this is Bea, Laurence’s SO) thank you sooo much for the listen and the happy birthday 🤘🏻 This entire album is a journey and I’m pleased Judson enjoyed the song. Richard, listen to Giant Peach, it’s punchy 😄 And whilst I’m here commenting, please could I throw in a request?S*icide by Devin Townsend. I remember Judson saying the last song you listened to (Deadhead) was lacking a bit in solos - this one is just 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 Big love to you both, your channel is awesome x

It’s been a while since you guys did a Q&A. Consider one in the future? Until that time……maybe try out Vola’s song Cannibal. Big shout out to you guys from P.E.I. Canada! Eh!

Lol I think the word you’re looking for there is “sexist”. To remedy that, I’d prescribe some Hannah Wicklund, Beth Hart, Black Honey, The Linda Lindas, Brimheim, and Wisp (for your shoegazing and meditative needs). Not that I believe you to be sexist, I just saw an opportunity to recommend some killer queens. Great rec from the bumblefluffs!

Mi humilde recomendación de banda con voz femenina: Los Ex, banda chilena de los 90s, especialmente el album Caida Libre

👿🔱😈... This band makes me feel sorry for music... out of all the instruments that exist and the endless amount of sounds you can make with those instruments this is the best y'all can do ???... and the singer is just copying Billie eilish in my opinion... melancholy euro pop..but hey if floats your boat go for it 😉
@j.kevvideoproductions.64633 ай бұрын
They preceded Billie Eilish by a few years I think. This one song has the speaky vocal which I guess would give you that impression. They can rock out pretty good. Check out their Glastonbury performance from 2016.
